Where do we deliver within Europe?
In Europe, we deliver to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France*, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey.
*Orders to France can only be shipped to the mainland with zip codes that start with 01 to 95. We cannot deliver orders to overseas territories including Corsica, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion, St. Pierre, Miquelon and Mayotte.

Customs Information
All orders at Eco Earth Market are inclusive of tax but international orders are now liable for VAT and/or custom duties and/or consignment fees upon arrival. We will not charge for these at the point of sale for International orders. Instead, these charges are to be paid upon arrival of your order in the destination country.
We cannot confirm what these charges will be as they vary from country to country and are based on order value.
When shipping your international order, we will declare the value and contents to the courier using the applicable declaration form. The courier will then collect these charges from you on behalf of your government. To form an expectation of the charges you will be liable for, we advise you to check with your local governments guidelines. We accept no liability for additional charges related to international orders.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be made available once the order has been processed and accepted by the courier for dispatch. This can be anywhere from 24-72 hours after you place your order, depending on the products ordered.
